Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Support Partner to lead and uplift performance across New South Wales North- based on the Mid or North Coast. You will coach centre leadership, drive action plans and embed a proactive safety culture in line with EYLF and NQF governance.

The role requires 3+ years operational ECEC experience and an ECEC qualification, with a current Working with Children Check and Police Check.

Qualifications

• ECEC qualification with ability to work in ratio.
• Minimum 3 years operational ECEC experience.
• Proven experience as a Centre Director with strong turnaround capability.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF and regulatory compliance.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Open Driver's Licence.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with State teams to identify priority challenges and focus areas for the State.
• Conduct regular check-ins with State teams to monitor progress against plans and next steps for centres or projects.
• Coach Centre Leadership Teams to develop and implement action plans that improve performance in key focus areas.
• Ensure Centre Teams are involved in decision-making and accountable for delivering actions within timeframes.
• Complete required documentation with State teams including goals and commitments.
• Provide observational insights and data to inform ongoing development.
• Address safety, risk and compliance issues and embed a strong safety culture.
• Support adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing focus on health, safety, and compliance across the Goodstart network.
