Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Darwin is seeking a Support Partner to lead performance uplift across centres, partnering with State and Centre Leadership Teams to drive improvements in instructional quality, compliance, and outcomes for children.

You will coach and build capability, guide teams in action planning, and ensure safe, high-quality environments in line with EYLF and NQF, while managing responsibilities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education and Care qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years operational ECEC experience.
• Experience as Centre Director or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with State teams to identify priority challenges and focus areas.
• Conduct regular check-ins with State teams to monitor progress and next steps.
• Coach Centre Leadership Teams to develop and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure Centre Teams are involved in decision-making and accountable for actions.
• Document goals, action plans and commitments with State teams.
• Provide insights on centre capability and performance to inform development.
• Address safety, risk and regulatory compliance across the centre.
• Support adherence to policies and ensure high-quality, safe environments.
