Job summary

OCC Services in Seven Hills, NSW is seeking a State Manager to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering quality client service. You will set targets, build relationships with stakeholders and oversee delivery across mining, civil, maintenance and construction sectors.

You will manage budgets, monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve outcomes, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the recruitment and labour hire industry.
• Proven ability to interpret and drive business financials.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to enable strong team capability.
• Proven ability to deliver and manage sales, budgeting and business planning.
• Prior experience in people and business management.
• Relationship focused with a self-driven solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set and clearly communicate business goals and performance targets.
• Proactive sales and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
• Monitor ad report on business performance metrics, with proactive action plans for improvement areas.
• Performance management and enablement of team.
• Manage budget and cost control, in line with strategic plans.
• Provide strong stakeholder satisfaction and monitor for areas to improve.
