Followmont Transport is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the New South Wales operations from Sydney, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with full accountability for strategic, operational and financial performance.

As a member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will shape the direction of the state, build leadership capability and create the focus and accountability required to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Senior general management or executive operations experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial accountability.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed operations.
• Proven record of improving safety, service, productivity and profitability.
