Nestlé Purina seeks an inspiring State Field Sales Manager to lead the Victoria and Tasmania Field Sales team and deliver the Pet channel plan across Metcash and Pet Specialty customers. This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, coaching high-performing teams and building trusted customer partnerships.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, you will translate strategy into in-store execution, develop talent, and ensure brands are visible,

Qualifikationen

• Leadership in FMCG/field sales
• Proven coaching of high-performing teams
• Experience in complex retail environments (Metcash, independent grocery, Pet Specialty)
• Track record in sales, distribution and in-store execution
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
• Analytical with reporting and business tools
• Willingness to travel regionally across Victoria and Tasmania
• Passion for pets and Purina's purpose

• Lead and develop a high-performing field sales team, driving capability, accountability and execution excellence.
• Translate national strategies into clear state priorities across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Deliver sales growth, distribution, ranging and in-store execution across Metcash and Pet Specialty customers.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable commercial outcomes.
• Use insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges and improve field performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to bring business priorities to life in-store.
• Maintain a regular field presence across Victoria and Tasmania, including regional and overnight travel.
