Job summary

Pinnacle People in Brisbane is seeking an organized Workforce Coordinator to liaise with clients and staff, manage day-to-day operations and plan future allocations to ensure staffing coverage. You will recruit and onboard temporary staff, handle high-volume calls, and produce workforce reports including shift confirmations and coverage requirements.

The role requires hospitality or customer service experience, excellent communication, strong problem-solving and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Work with Brisbane Team and National staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Forward planning and allocation of personnel.
• Management of high-volume incoming calls.
• Proactively identify solutions to meet workforce objectives.
• Prepare workforce reports including shift confirmations and coverage requirements.
• End to end recruitment and conducting skills testing.
