BackTrack is seeking a dedicated staff wellbeing role supporting our teams in the Armidale region. This position goes beyond traditional EAP, offering visible, mobile support embedded in daily work and focusing on recognizing and managing vicarious trauma.

You will maintain confidentiality, act as a trusted vault, and collaborate with HR to protect staff wellbeing within safety obligations. Local sites with minimal travel are expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide confidential, short-term, solution-focused wellbeing support and psychoeducation woven into everyday work.
• Respond to critical incidents and facilitate team debriefs after high-intensity shifts.
• Design and deliver short, practical training to build staff and manager capability to manage exposure to trauma.
• Help staff build and maintain healthy professional boundaries with young people.
• Coach and support managers (in partnership with HR) to look after their teams.
• Champion a positive, proactive wellbeing culture and model safe work practices.
• Maintain trusted referral pathways to the EAP and external services.
