Job summary

Norris Hair & Beauty in the Northern Rivers store is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service Assistant for a full-time role. You will support our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance.

Ideal candidates have hairdressing or retail experience, strong communication, and a team spirit. No weekends or late nights; join a supportive team and enjoy staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Hairdressing experience (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience required.

You'll be the friendly voice and face at our Northern Rivers store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
