About the Role

You'll be the friendly voice and face at our Cairns store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
