Job summary

Oz Hair and Beauty is hiring part-time or casual team members for our Tuggerah location. You will help customers choose products, demonstrate styling tools, and maintain attractive visual merchandising. A focus on delivering excellent service, achieving sales targets, and processing transactions will be essential.

Previous hair and beauty retail experience is helpful, but not required. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply and join a supportive team in a brand-new store.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service
• Experience in fast-paced retail
• Ability to multitask and maintain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of hair and beauty products is a plus
• Experience demonstrating products and styling tools

About the opportunity

Are you a retailer or current / part time hairdresser who loves to share your knowledge of hair brands and products?

We are looking for Part time or casual team members who would like to work a range of different shifts across the week, including all day shifts and lunch cover shifts at our brand new location in Tuggerah!

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their product purchases and providing solutions to customers hair and beauty concerns. Other responsibilities include:

High level of customer service, assisting customers with solutions for their hair type

Visual merchandising across the store

Demonstrating product and styling tools

Achieving retail sales targets

Processingpayments and processing end of day tasks

About You

You take pride in providing clients with an incredible experience. You are highly organised, willing and able to multitask and provide exceptional customer service at all times.We are looking for someone with:

High level of organizational skills

Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances

Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment

Previous experience as a hairdresser or beauty therapist not required, but highly regarded
