You will influence decisions around Java microservices, event-driven designs, AWS, and DevSecOps practices, aiming for scalable, resilient platforms within a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end leadership across architecture, technology, and strategy.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in Java with Spring Boot; openness to .NET.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across complex distributed systems to improve resilience, scalability and performance.
• Mentor engineers and uplift engineering standards across the chapter.
• Own full software lifecycle from design to production and continual improvement.
• Collaborate with squads to deliver high-impact, customer-focused banking platforms.
