In this role you will build with AWS, Java and real-time data technologies, establish guardrails, develop trusted data products, and mentor engineers across the squad while migrating legacy assets to modern cloud services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data models (conceptual/logical/physical) for scalable data domains.
• Hands-on with batch and near real-time ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Ability to establish engineering standards, guardrails and governance for data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of data models for the Credit Risk Profile service domain.
• Design, build and operate batch and real-time data pipelines using Java, AWS and distributed processing tech.
• Establish standards, reusable patterns and technical decisions across the squad.
• Develop trusted data products with quality controls, metadata and lineage.
• Guide migration from legacy assets to modern cloud-based services.
• Build testing, CI/CD, monitoring and observability into the lifecycle.
• Influence decisions across engineering, architecture and product teams; mentor engineers.
