Job summary

Lead Forensics, a UK-based SAAS company, is seeking a Staff level full stack Software Engineer to join our expanding teams that build our customer facing products.

You’ll lead work from requirements capture through design to full implementation, using a modern stack (NodeJS microservices, Vue, Redis, SQL Server and SingleStore) with daily deployments to AWS under DevSecOps. You’ll mentor teammates and drive code quality with SOLID principles and automated tests.

Qualifications

• Current and production-grade TypeScript fluency with 5+ years experience.
• Experience building large scale SaaS platforms.
• Experience with NodeJS microservices, Vue, Redis, and SQL Server in AWS.
• Ability to design and implement solutions with SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders on initial solution design and scoping.
• Spike uncertainty areas and build POCs as required.
• Work with Product Teams to break down work into Epics and Stories.
• Turn user stories into production code as a lead developer and embedded architect in an AI-enabled environment.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and operability.
• Support production as it runs and resolve issues.
• Make design, architecture and implementation decisions for the product.
