Job summary

Stanford Innovations is seeking Software Engineers to join a fast-moving team building an AI-powered operating system for professional services in Australia. Roles span junior to lead, focusing on an integrated platform across React frontends, PHP/Node backends, Python tooling, and TypeScript, with cloud work on AWS, GCP and Azure.

You’ll design databases, engineer reliable software, and keep security and performance front of mind while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Degree in software engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping reliable software under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs and specifications.
• Write and maintain code to the team standards.
• Test, debug and fix faults and ensure performance per requirements.
• Improve existing systems and fix bottlenecks.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Build and run automated tests and deployments.
• Monitor metrics to improve platform speed and reliability.
