Job summary

The Hr Ally is seeking an AI Security Architect in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia to design secure, scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise environments. You will evaluate platforms, LLMs, RAG and agentic architectures, applying Responsible AI and privacy-by-design principles.

Responsibilities include guiding architecture, governance, and security reviews; mitigating data, identity and access risks; and collaborating with stakeholders, BAs, engineers and architects to deliver prototypes,

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing secure AI/ML architectures in cloud environments.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, governance and Policy-as-Code (e.g. OPA).
• Understanding of AI/Agentic security, model risk and data protection.
• Experience in large or regulated enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and architectural decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Design secure AI/ML solutions aligned with business, technical and security requirements.
• Develop architecture and solution designs aligned with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Evaluate AI platforms, LLMs, RAG and agentic architectures for security risks.
• Apply Responsible AI, privacy-by-design and AI security principles.
• Identify and mitigate risks across data, identity, access control and AI models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, BAs, architects and engineering teams during delivery.
• Conduct prototypes/POCs and provide evidence-based technology recommendations.
• Contribute to solution costing, architecture reviews and the AI/security roadmap.
