Job summary

Quayclean is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and operational services at a major event venue in Western Sydney.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager - Event Venues (NSW), you will own day-to-day performance, leading a team of Cleaners, Team Leaders and Supervisors to deliver safe, high-quality services while managing safety, compliance and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams across multiple locations or large venues.
• Background in cleaning, facilities management or similar service operations.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent project management and workforce planning abilities.
• Experience monitoring budgets and operational results.
• Proactive, resilient, and accountable leadership.
• Current driver's licence and national police check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams to deliver services efficiently.
• Build a strong partnership with the site client.
• Manage day-to-day operations including rostering, equipment and resources.
• Monitor performance against contract targets and KPIs.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, training, accreditation and compliance.
• Provide timely performance reporting.
• Support mobilisation and implementation of services.
• Maintain quality, safety and environmental standards.
