Quayclean Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and operational services at a major event venue in Western Sydney. You will own the day-to-day performance of the contract, guiding a team of cleaners, team leaders and supervisors to deliver safe, high-quality service.

About The Role

Quayclean is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of our cleaning and operational services at a major event venue in Western Sydney.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager - Event Venues (NSW), you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the contract, leading a team of Cleaners, Team Leaders and Supervisors to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality services.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership role requiring a strong customer focus, excellent people leadership and the ability to balance service delivery with safety, compliance and commercial performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Contract Manager, You Will

• Lead and develop operational teams to deliver the agreed scope of services efficiently and consistently.
• Build a strong and trusted partnership with the site client.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including workforce planning, rostering, equipment and resources.

About You

You will be an experienced operational leader who enjoys being close to both the customer and your team. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Ideally Bring

• Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, ideally across multiple locations or large volume venues.
• Experience within cleaning, facilities management or a similar service-based operational environment.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Excellent project management, workforce planning and organisational capability.
• Experience monitoring budgets, financial performance and operational results.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, resilient and accountable approach.
• A current driver's licence and national police check
