A Stadium Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the stadium areas, creating a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all patrons. This position requires a blend of customer service, operational oversight, and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning from opening and closing the facility to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. The Stadium Attendant also supports the business's viability by enhancing customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and long-term memberships.

WORK TASKS + RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks include but not limited to:

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Maintain a professional presentation and demeanour at all times.

Responsible for opening and closing the facility.

Set up of equipment.

Handle customer complaints and requests professionally and courteously.

Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely following company policies and procedures.

Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Facility’s Emergency Action Plan.

Conduct general cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.

Comply with facility safety protocols and training requirements.

Take reasonable care for your own health and safety, and for the health and safety of others.

Ensure a clean, neat appearance at all times.

Communicate effectively with all staff and members.

Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Follow the daily work routine and complete assigned tasks.

Uphold and promote our TANDA culture.

Update and manage daily work documents and complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Provide effective supervision of facilities.

Complete scheduled operational audits as required.

Ensure the Centre is consistently clean, friendly, safe, and organised.
