Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Supervisor for the Spray Sealing Team based in Rutherford/Newcastle. You will supervise spray sealing operations across regional NSW and Sydney, leading crews to deliver quality outcomes while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on spray sealing experience, show strong planning and leadership capabilities, and be willing to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in bituminous spray sealing operations.
• Experience leading crews in civil construction, spray sealing, or road maintenance.
• Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and plan work delivery to meet project targets and safety standards.
• Lead delivery crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Maximise equipment utilisation and oversee maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements and delivery outcomes.
• Plan onsite activities and manage subcontractors and hired equipment.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and people management to field crews.
• Ensure works meet contract specs and tendered expectations.
