Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Supervisor for the Spray Sealing Team based out of Rutherford/Newcastle. You will supervise spray sealing operations across regional NSW and Sydney, leading crews to safely deliver quality outcomes for clients.

In this role you’ll motivate teams, plan and manage onsite activities, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spray sealing experience with plant and materials handling.
• Experience leading crews in civil construction, spray sealing, asphalt or road maintenance.
• Ability to travel and stay away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out job inspections and planning to achieve project and profitability targets while maintaining HSEQ standards.
• Lead work delivery crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions as required.
• Maximise equipment utilisation and ensure repairs and maintenance are completed effectively.
• Liaise with clients regarding project requirements, expectations and delivery outcomes.
• Plan and manage onsite activities, including subcontractors and hired equipment.
• Provide effective leadership, mentoring and people management to field crews.
• Ensure works are completed in line with contract specifications and tendered expectations.
