Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for our Spray Seal operations based in Rutherford, NSW. You will oversee project delivery, ensure safety and quality, manage costs and schedules, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to support site teams.

The role requires coordinating logistics, procurement, permitting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage client and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management plans and site-specific assessments.
• Coordinate procurement and tracking of materials for projects.
• Prepare permits and ensure compliance with Fulton Hogan policies.
• Manage purchase orders and assist with invoices.
• Support tender reviews with Estimating and Tendering teams.
• Liaise with Site Supervisors to gather information and documentation.
• Track costs against budgets and report variances to management.
• Provide contractual support, including variations and extensions of time.
• Oversee safety management, including MSDS and SWMS.
