Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Warrnambool invites an experienced Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Services team. You will support the Spray Seal Foreman, lead a crew, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery on road construction and asphalt projects across the Southwestern Victoria region.

We value hands-on experience in road construction or asphalt, the ability to manage a team outdoors in varying weather, and a Construction Induction Card.

Qualifications

• Must have road construction or asphalt experience.
• Construction Induction Card is required.
• Interest in outdoor work and varying weather.
• Experience in leading a team on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job site safety for Fulton Hogan employees and the public.
• Coordinate tasks and supervise crew to achieve daily productivity.
• Operate and supervise on-site plant and equipment.
• Identify safety, quality and environment issues with Foreman.
• Assist with resource allocation and job delivery.
