Job summary
NSP Personnel is seeking Automotive Spray Painters for a busy service centre handling buses and trucks. The role offers casual/vacation hours with a 9-day fortnight schedule and every second weekend a long weekend, in a clean, well-equipped facility.
Pay rate is $58.57 per hour with overtime available. Prior heavy vehicle spray painting experience is highly regarded; pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol analysis is required.
Qualifications
- Experience with heavy and/or commercial vehicles is highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn automotive spray painting.
Responsibilities
- Paint buses and heavy vehicles to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.

Due to the success and growth of our client we are looking for multiple positions for Automotive Spray Painters with previous heavy vehicle experience highly regarded, working with heavy and/or commercial vehicles to join their team.
This position is open to anybody with similar industry experience and who is interested in learning automotive spray painting
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:57pm with overtime available and an RDO every second Friday.
- Experience working with heavy and/or commercial vehicles is highly regarded
- Understanding painting processes Using Axalta
- Ability to work within a close team environment.
- Clean and safe work conditions
- Ongoing support for the right candidate.
- Working in a well set up facility with modern equipment.
This position also requires the applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol analysis.
