The role offers a permanent position with a base rate of $45.62 per hour plus a 20% shift allowance, plus superannuation, salary sacrifice options, and an onsite cafe. Applicants should be punctual and have a current licence and transport.

Our facilities are based at STAPYLTON, between the GOLD COAST and BRISBANE. We have recently upgraded our production and office buildings, to prepare for our next exciting phase of operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Due to an increase in demand, we are seeking a Production Spray Painter to join our growing team. As part of the Paint Team, the successful applicant will focus on producing high-quality work on our Steel Trays in a production, spray booth environment. Some preparing and masking up is needed. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess the following skills or experience:

• Trade Qualified Spray Painter
• Ability to use suction feed spray guns with two pack solid and metallic paints
• Recent Experience in the Automotive Spray-Painting Industry - highly regarded
• Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work in a team environment and have a 'can do' attitude

Successful applicants will also have

• Current drivers licence - a must
• Own reliable transport - a must
• Must be punctual, reliable and available for work Monday to Friday, from (3:30pm - 1am)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• A great attitude to work and helping others
• A current resume with 2 recent referees
