Job summary

DuluxGroup is recruiting a Service Technician to join the Dulux Trade Centre in Rosebery, NSW. The role is full-time, focused on servicing and repairing airless spray equipment, with the opportunity to support store and external sales teams and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• You have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment.
• You can work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage your tasks efficiently.
• You’re an excellent communicator and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• You have prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role (experience with lawnmowers, pumps, or machinery is highly valued).

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment to keep machines performing at their best
• Assisting store and external sales teams with technical advice on machines and spare parts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Supporting spray equipment sales and rental orders
