Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and spray equipment.
• High attention to detail and precision in work.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to spray painting.
• Good physical condition; able to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting.
• Apply paint coatings using spray guns and other spray equipment.
• Achieve smooth, even finishes on various surfaces including metal, wood, and plastic.
• Accurately mix and match paint colors.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to ensure quality.
