Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician for our Dulux Trade Centre in Rosebery, NSW. The successful candidate will service and repair airless spray equipment, provide technical advice to store and external sales teams, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

This full-time role offers opportunities to contribute to a leading paints and coatings portfolio. You will work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and bring a strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment.
• Excellent communicator and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience as a Service Technician or similar role is preferred, with lawnmowers, pumps, or machinery valued.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment to keep machines performing at their best
• Assisting store and external sales teams with technical advice on machines and spare parts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Supporting spray equipment sales and rental orders

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment to keep machines performing at their best

• Supporting spray equipment sales and rental orders

This is a Full-time role based at Rosebery Dulux Trade Centre, NSW.

What We’re Looking for:

• You have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment


• You can work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage your tasks efficiently


• You’re an excellent communicator and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues


• You have prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role (experience with lawnmowers, pumps, or machinery is highly valued)
