Special-T Operations PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in north west Sydney near Rouse Hill, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to a variety of surfaces primarily on-site. As a member of our small team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning and priming
• Operating electrostatic spray painting equipment to apply paint finishes with a high level of precision both in house, and on-site.
• Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• Experience as a spray-painter in the automotive or industrial industry benificial
• Strong communication skills for client relations
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Technical know-how, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
