Job summary

St Hilda's School on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Sports Administrator to support the operation and delivery of our sports program. You will coordinate administrative tasks, registrations, and events, ensuring high-quality experiences for students, coaches and families.

Working with the Director of Sport, you will maintain records, manage communications, and oversee compliance with school policies and safety standards across multiple sports throughout terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports administration or events coordination.
• Knowledge of Queensland school sport structures (QGSSSA, Andrews Cup).
• Experience using database management systems and sport information systems.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admin for an assigned portfolio of sports each term.
• Coordinate team nominations, registrations, draws, and competition logistics with QGSSSA.
• Prepare communications, schedules, and notices to coaches, students and families.
• Assist with planning and delivering sporting events and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of participation, results, attendance and performance.
