Job summary

St Hilda's School on the Gold Coast, Queensland, seeks an Aquatics Coordinator to join the Aquatics Centre team. This full-time role involves customer service, enrolments, bookings and program support for Squads and Learn to Swim, with a focus on safety and community engagement.

The successful candidate will coordinate communications, assist with billing, and help promote aquatic programs while upholding school policies and child-safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, or coordination roles, preferably in aquatics or education.
• Strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard customer service to students, families, and community users.
• Administer enrolments, class bookings, transfers, waiting lists and attendance records.
• Provide administrative support for squads, learn-to-swim, holiday programs and events.
• Assist with program communications, forms, notices, and social media content.
• Support billing, receipting and reconciliation per school policy.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment in line with policies and child safety requirements.
