Job summary

Burdekin Catholic High School, Ayr is seeking a dedicated, experienced educator to lead the Sports Program Middle Leader role. • Lead and manage the Sports Program Middle Leader role within the school.

Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 1.2 = $9,768 per annum)

This is a full Time, permanent Teaching position with a 3 year fixed term appointment as a Sports Program Middle Leader , with the ability to teach HPE subjects.

The Sports Program Middle Leadersupports the mission ofBurdekin Catholilc High School, Ayr through leadership of specific academic, cultural, outreach, sporting or other defined programs offered to students and/or the school community. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.
