Job summary

Townsville Catholic Education is seeking a full-time Middle Leader at Good Shepherd Catholic College in Mount Isa. The successful applicant will lead the learning and teaching program, develop pedagogies, guide staff, and translate data into improvements.

You will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers, bring extensive classroom experience, and model Catholic ethos while building collaborative teams in a remote outback community.

Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super +Middle Leader Allowance $13,024 per annum

This is a full-time Teachingrole withafixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position.

The Middle Leader supports the mission ofGood Shepherd Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.
