CBCity is seeking a dedicated role to support sporting clubs and associations, ensuring delivery of quality sport and recreation opportunities across Canterbury-Bankstown. The role includes education and capacity building for volunteer-based organisations.

The successful candidate will coordinate sport grounds, deliver development programs and assist with grants and planning documents to improve recreation services for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Support development, implementation and review of recreation policies, programs and standards.
• Plan, manage and improve open spaces, sports grounds and recreation facilities.
• Coordinate sports ground allocations, usage and maintenance.
• Deliver sports development and volunteer training programs for clubs.
• Assist with grant submissions, reports and strategic planning for recreation projects.
• Conduct research, community consultation and stakeholder engagement to identify needs.
