Job summary

Nambour Christian College invites a capable Sport Coordinator for Middle and Senior School to help organise, coordinate and grow school sport across the two sections. You will work under the Director of Sport, liaising with Heads of Middle and Senior School to deliver programs, carnivals and afterschool activities.

The role requires current Queensland teacher registration, a First Aid certificate, strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to the College’s Christian ethos

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Teacher Registration and First Aid Certificate are required.
• Formal qualifications in sport are desirable but not essential.
• Clear communication with students, parents, staff and external stakeholders is important.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sport in organising, coordinating and developing sport across Middle and Senior Schools.
• Assist with sport carnivals, competitions and afterschool sport opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication and promote a positive sporting culture.
