Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia is seeking a Sport Integrity Manager to be seconded to the Victorian Institute of Sport in Melbourne. The role focuses on developing, implementing and embedding integrity policies and safeguarding practices across VIS, while collaborating with national bodies to strengthen integrity governance within high-performance sport.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with sport integrity initiatives, processes & complaints handling is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to deliver workshops and forums.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and influence outcomes.
• Strategic thinking with ability to align strategy with operations and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the VIS sport integrity function, developing and implementing policies and standards.
• Embed safeguarding and child-safe practices across VIS.
• Oversee complaints management and provide advice on integrity-related matters.
• Deliver education and capability-building programs to strengthen integrity awareness.
• Foster partnerships with Sport Integrity Australia and other sporting bodies.
• Provide strategic input on emerging integrity risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the VIS Executive team by applying an integrity lens to policies.
