Sport Integrity Australia will second you to the Victorian Institute of Sport as Sport Integrity Manager. You will lead the VIS integrity function, develop and embed policies, and advance safeguarding practices within a high-performance environment.

You will deliver education programs, manage complaints, and build strong relationships with Sport Integrity Australia and external partners while advising on risks and opportunities at the VIS executive level.

Formación

• Experience with sport integrity initiatives and processes desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and relationship management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to deliver workshops.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities and influence change.
• Strategic thinking with ability to align strategy to operations and insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the VIS’s sport integrity function, including policy development and implementation.
• Embed integrity, safeguarding and child-safe practices across all VIS areas.
• Oversee and deliver complaints management processes and advise on integrity-related matters.
• Deliver education and capability-building programs to strengthen integrity awareness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sport Integrity Australia and partners.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity risks and opportunities.
• Foster a safe, fair and inclusive environment for athletes, coaches and staff.
• Contribute to the VIS Executive team and advise on policy and operations.
