Job summary

The Sport Integrity Manager position will be seconded to the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) and is employed by Sport Integrity Australia. You will lead the VIS sport integrity function, embedding safeguarding and integrity practices, and work with partners to implement the National Integrity Framework and related policies.

This role requires strategic thinking and strong stakeholder engagement to support staff, coaches and athletes.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with sport integrity initiatives and processes, including complaint/reporting mechanisms.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships with partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Strategic thinking to align integrity initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the VIS sport integrity function across policy development and continuous improvement of standards.
Embed safeguarding and child-safe practices across VIS areas.
Oversee complaints management and provide advisory support on integrity-related matters.
Deliver education and capability-building programs to strengthen integrity awareness.
Develop relationships with Sport Integrity Australia and other partners.
Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity risks and opportunities.
Foster a safe, fair, and inclusive environment for athletes, coaches, and staff.
Contribute to executive feedback on policies and operations.
