Sport Integrity Australia seeks a Sport Integrity Manager seconded to NSWIS to lead integrity initiatives across high-performance environments. You will develop, educate and embed policy and practices to ensure a fair, safe climate for staff, coaches and athletes.

You will build strong relationships with Sport Integrity Australia and partners, provide strategic risk guidance, and champion safeguarding and child-safe practices within NSWIS.

Qualificações

• Experience with sport integrity initiatives, processes and complaint handling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including workshops.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the NSWIS sport integrity function, including policy development and improvement.
• Embed safeguarding and child-safe practices across NSWIS.
• Oversee complaints management and provide integrity-related advice.
• Deliver education and capability-building programs to strengthen integrity awareness.
• Develop relationships with Sport Integrity Australia and partner organisations.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity risks and opportunities.
• Foster a safe, fair, and inclusive environment for NSWIS staff and athletes.
