Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia, based in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Sport Integrity Manager to be seconded to NSWIS to build and embed integrity practices across staff, coaches and athletes. You will lead policy development, safeguarding, and complaints processes while partnering with NSWIS and other sport bodies to ensure high-performance integrity standards.

The role emphasises education, capability-building and strategic advice on emerging integrity risks, aiming to foster a safe, fair environment

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in sport integrity initiatives and complaint mechanisms.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to deliver workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate NSWIS’s sport integrity function, including policy development and implementation of the National Integrity Framework.
Embed integrity, safeguarding and child-safe practices across NSWIS.
Oversee and deliver complaints management processes and provide advice on integrity-related matters.
Deliver education and capability-building programs to strengthen integrity awareness and compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with Sport Integrity Australia and other sport partners.
