Job summary

Cisco Systems Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Customer Success Technical Leader to drive high-impact Splunk solutions for customers in Australia. You will leverage deep Splunk ES/UBA/SOAR knowledge to guide account teams, enable onboarding, and optimize enterprise deployments.

You will collaborate across Sales, CS and Engineering to drive value realization, health reviews, and proactive remediation in complex on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring customer outcomes and adoption of Splunk

Qualifications

• PV, Nv1 or Nv2 Clearance (Positive Vetting)
• Deep technical knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) config, admin and development
• Knowledge of CIM and data onboarding concepts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical consulting on Enterprise level architecture, implementation, configuration and optimization across Splunk ES, UBA/UEBA, and SOAR
• Guide account teams and customers on optimal Splunk platform usage and health
• Deliver onboarding enablement workshops and achieve success milestones
• Collaborate with internal and customer-facing teams to manage customer needs and value realization
• Conduct research to solve complex technical problems and communicate recommendations
