Job summary

LifeHealthcare, part of EBOS MedTech, is seeking a driven Territory Manager to join the Queensland Spine team. You’ll work with leading orthopaedic and neurosurgeons, support complex procedures in theatre, and drive growth across a fast-paced market.

To succeed, you’ll have 3+ years in medical device sales focused on implants/spine, strong relationship-building, and a readiness to travel throughout Queensland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in implants or spine.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Clinical background in Science, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel Queensland-wide.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth with a market-leading spine portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and technical support in the operating theatre.
• Execute territory plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and case coverage.
