Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a field-based Sales Representative in Brisbane to support revenue growth and product mix across the territory. You will develop relationships with spine surgeons and hospital customers, gain clinical competency on our spine portfolio, and partner with teams to exceed performance standards.

In this role you will cover case-fulfillment, communicate monitoring data per hospital policies, report on sales activity and market feedback, and contribute to product development

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device or surgical sales preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Wamiliar with territory management and CRM tools.
• Clinical product knowledge or willingness to learn spine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supports clinical fulfillment of spine procedures in the territory while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon and hospital customers
• Interacts with surgeons and surgical team to communicate monitoring data in accordance with the Company’s and/or Hospital’s policies and procedures
• Provides formal communication of customer needs to personnel for the purpose of improving existing product and developing new products
• Develops good rapport and establishes trusting relationships with key spine surgeon customers
• Supports in case coverage within assigned region, ordering required sets, instruments and supplies as needed
• Provides consistent reporting on a variety of topics including expense reports, sales performance, market feedback, competitive activities, new target accounts, and ideas regarding sales growth and new product development opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned
