Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA registration and relevant professional association membership.
• 5+ years post-graduate experience with supervision of students or new graduates.
• Strong understanding of graduate-level competency development and supervision frameworks.
• Genuine interest in recruitment, workforce development, or clinical education.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Tasmania.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student placements across Optimum's Tasmanian clinic sites.
• Run your discipline's stream of the Optimum New Graduate Program.
• Facilitate group supervision, peer learning sessions, and masterclasses for graduate cohorts.
• Represent Optimum at university careers expos and early career events.
• Triaging high-performing students from placement into the graduate recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload in your discipline.
