Optimum Health Solutions in Hobart, Tasmania, is seeking a New Graduate Program Manager in Speech Pathology to own the end-to-end experience for graduates, from placement to program completion, while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. You will coordinate student placements across Tasmanian clinic sites, run the 12-month graduate program stream, supervise sessions, and represent Optimum at university events.
Travel across Tasmania is required.
The first year of a clinician's career shapes everything that comes after it. We're looking for someone who understands that and wants to do something about it.
Optimum Health Solutions is recruiting New Graduate Program Managers across Speech Pathology. Each role is discipline-specific, but the purpose is the same: to own the end-to-end experience of new graduates in your discipline at Optimum, from student placement through to program completion.
You will coordinate student placements, run your discipline's stream of our structured 12-month New Graduate Program, and be the face of Optimum at university careers events. You will work closely with Discipline Area Managers and Regional Managers across NSW and Tasmania to make sure every graduate who joins us is supported, supervised, and set up to succeed.
This role also has a direct recruitment function. You will build relationships with students during placement and triage the best of them into our graduate pipeline. The pathway from student to hired graduate runs through you.
You will carry a reduced clinical caseload alongside your program responsibilities, keeping your practice current and your credibility as a supervisor intact.
We are a multidisciplinary organisation with 14+ clinic locations across NSW and Tasmania and more than 200 staff. Our New Graduate Program is a structured 12-month pathway built around reduced caseloads, regular supervision, cross-disciplinary learning, and access to the Allied Health Warrior platform. You will have a direct hand in shaping what that experience looks like for every graduate who comes through.
If developing the next generation of allied health practitioners is what motivates you, we would love to hear from you.
