Job summary

National 360’s 360 GO Graduate Program in Hobart offers a 12-month bridge from university to a clinical career in Speech Pathology. With a structured, supportive environment, you’ll receive four-phase development, mentorship, and opportunities to build your practice in diverse settings.

You’ll work in community-based care under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in MDT collaboration, client work, and leadership through our graduate curriculum and dedicated support from Clinical Supervisors

Qualifications

• Graduate Speech Pathologist with SPA registration in progress or current.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Genuine interest in community healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality, community-based care with oversight from Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Observe and join appointments with Clinical Supervisor.
• Support clients in the community, at home, in clinic spaces or via telehealth.
• Prepare for appointments, write reports, and complete case notes.
• Attend team meetings and engage in ongoing supervision and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and other professionals.
