Job summary

Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a regional Australia role delivering NDIS-focused services to paediatric and adult clients. The position offers full-time hours with flexibility on hours and a starting salary from $90,000, dependent on experience.

The role combines clinic and community work across several regional centres, with travel and a balanced caseload. You will join a larger allied health network committed to holistic care, ongoing learning, and staff

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech Pathology.
• Eligibility for Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Interest in paediatric and adult work.
• NDIS experience is a plus but not essential.
• Own car and current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing needs across paediatric and adult clients.
• Develop goal-focused therapy plans for individuals and families.
• Write NDIS reports and progress notes, delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other allied health colleagues to provide joined-up care.
• Maintain your caseload and communicate with clients, carers and funders.
