Mediix is seeking a Speech Pathologist to split time between paediatric and adult caseloads, with NDIS at the core of the work. Roles include clinic and community settings across regional Australia, with a flexible full-time schedule.

Starting salary is from $90,000 and will depend on experience. The role emphasizes learning, professional growth and a supportive team culture, with hours negotiable if full-time isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Eligibility for Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Interest in both paediatric and adult work.
• NDIS experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Own reliable car and current driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing needs across paediatric and adult clients.
• Build clear, goal-focused therapy plans; involve family or support networks.
• Prepare NDIS reports and progress notes on time.
• Collaborate with other allied health colleagues for joined-up care.
• Maintain an active caseload and communicate with clients, carers and funders.
