Job summary

Mediix in Perth is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary private practice to appoint a Speech Pathologist. You will shape your own caseload—paediatrics, adults, or a blend—built around your strengths and growth goals.

The role offers above‑award remuneration, generous PD budget, structured supervision, and flexible hours (0.6–1.0 FTE), with admin and NDIS/Medicare support so you stay clinically focused. New grads are welcome with structured support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• CPSP eligible or certified.
• New graduates welcome with strong placement experience.
• Experienced SPs welcome to apply.
• Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver 1:1 intervention and group sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with in-house multidisciplinary team.
• Partner with families, carers, educators and support workers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting (NDIS, Medicare, DVA) as required.
• Contribute to team case reviews and professional development.
