Job summary

Connect2Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist (New Grads and Experienced Clinicians) to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in Sydney's Western Suburbs-based service. You will deliver evidence-based therapies across telehealth, community visits and centre-based services, working with NDIS, Medicare or private referrals.

The role is mobile with options to work from home or hubs when not with clients. You will assess and intervene for children and adults with disabilities, support capacity

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in a related field and professional registration such as AHPRA/SPA.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check and International Police Check if relevant.
• Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle; car insurance; Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with a range of disabilities.
• Work within the NDIS to maximise function, capacity and social engagement.
• Assist clients with assistive technology assessment and recommendations.
• Timely documentation and report writing.
• Manage a varied caseload.
• Meet company professional expectations (billables and client management).
• Attend meetings, supervision and PD as required.
• Build relationships with therapists, clients and referral sources.
• Work across leading software platforms and online tools.
