Job summary

Connect2Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist for Perth’s southern suburbs to deliver therapy in homes, schools, clinics and community settings. The role offers hybrid work options with a strong multidisciplinary team and opportunities to grow within the organisation.

You will provide services across communication, literacy and swallowing, conduct assessments, and prepare reports. A structured graduate pathway is available for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology with SPA registration or eligibility.
• WWCC/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check.
• Driver’s licence + reliable car.
• Indemnity & public liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills.
• Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community.
• Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at Brisbane hubs.
• Complete assessments, AT recommendations and reports.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines.
• Use efficient systems to keep admin simple.
